County Council approves plans for Strathmore Square

We are pleased to announce that the Montgomery County Council voted unanimously to approve the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro Minor Master Plan Amendment, which includes our plans for Strathmore Square. This follows the Planning Board’s unanimous approval of the Minor Master Plan.

Our vision is to transform the area around Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro into a walkable and distinctive upscale community on top of the Red Line. Thanks to everyone who provided their comments and feedback. The information you provided was instrumental in creating the community-focus plan we presented to the County. We look forward to continuing our work with the community through the next phase.
