Upcoming Community Meeting scheduled for December 19

As we continue to pursue our County approvals for Strathmore Square, Fivesquares Development plans to file a “Preliminary Plan” in the coming weeks, and a Community Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 12/19 at 7 PM at the Strathmore Mansion Music Room to review the highlights of the application. The Preliminary Plan focuses on infrastructure for the recently approved Sketch Plan, and looks at potential impacts and adequate capacity for general building locations, utility management, storm water/sewers; circulation and traffic, forestry, etc.
